Hi guys... never thought I'll be posting on the wood working forum as I'm not a carpenter. But when I got the circular saw that my wife gave me as my christmas present... I decided to put it to good use and fabricated this flight case for my daughter... it will house her airbrush make-up and AVR...
Sorry wasn't able to take WIP photos as I was winging it on my first try... but will post WIP of the electric guitar flight case i intend to do next π made this out of 1/2" marine plywood, fiberglass, finished in electric pink using automotive acrylic paint with clear coat finish (my daughter's idea and request).

Re: How I used my circular saw
Question lang. .. does anyone know where I can source out aluminum angle bars, L brace, groove and tounge and other materials for flight cases? I'm presently getting them at Raon... but their quite expensive and hard to park there π
