Re: knife handle

the teak jumps out with oil.... its a linseed with thinner with satin poly mix (danish oil self made... gives a VERY small amount of poly protection while having the grain and color enhancement of linseed)

Re: knife handle

It looks like a hunting knife now! well done..

Doesn't the teak make the knife slippery when holding?

Re: knife handle

i suspect it does. But i will be framing this since i am constantly using the other buck knife (hybrid) i have. you can sort opf see it in the last pic on the second post. Its basically a swiss knife with a buck knife blade (more useful than a swiss knife blade due to the serration... great for ropes :)) small pliers, two screw drivers, one bottle opener (there was another model with a scissor instead.. it was 800 pesos premium than the one i got hahhhahaha)

swiss knife's got more but the ease of one hand deployment on these can save me my limbs. i used to cut ropes during crocodile releases hehehe 🙂 so one hand function is a big plus

the buck knife hybrid is quite a good bang for buck... 1 K cheaper than my transition lens for my glasses
