This has been in my shop waiting to be assembled for nearly 3 years since acquisition. Due to a major abdominal surgery, assembly was impossible. After nearly 2 years from surgery, the wound is still healing. It may take 3 years to complete the process but between 3-5 yrs is the norm. Anyway, during the last few months, i have been organizing my shop. throwing things, keeping some, and improving.
I already have a router table, of course DIY built in 2009 with a nice Incra aluminum plate supporting my trusty Makita 3612c (which is now extinct!) but there is a pressing need for another RT at that time and so is this build.

The Kreg router table came in three boxes, the mdf table top, the fence and the leg stands.

First to assemble is the stand..this is made of 1/8" thick painted angulars, slotted to fit the horizontal braces.

That will be one awesome router table. I have a Makita 3600BR myself and now trying to attach it to a GMC table. Have to drill new holes for the router to fit.
