you can try a Citi Hardware store. here in marbel, i have seen these cabinet plastic fittings in their branch here. it's not the same design but serves the same purpose of being able to insert cables through a board.

just a note on this repacked plastic fittings @ Citi, their supplier sells the item not as a set but as individual parts which makes it more expensive compared to buying it directly from a 'real' supplier of furniture fittings.
example of his are the kitchen cabinet plastic adjustable foot stand. they sell the plastic adjustable foot stand separate from the plastic attachments to connect the plinth to the foot stand. if you only need a few of the parts for your project, then it should be ok but not if your using it for mass producing something ... cheers
