11pm... it has one brush hair in the middle of the table and some small bubbles... nothing to worry about, just need it to dry first before the remedy...

worked my butt out today, not much pictures but lots of work... and dust too...
got the pieces cut to length and width...


with most of my long clamps in the court, I am left with 3, so I just do with what I got...

one leg dry fitting...

hehe how long does it take you to clean your sala after working?

Those legs are massive! It must be quite heavy..

cleaning the sala isn't difficult since this part is for trimming the fit only, but after the ts work, dang took me a good hour just to clean out the dust...

If the legs are already assembled, all you need is finishing then your done? You work fast!

My TS still doesnt give such a precise repeatable cuts. gts10 is defintely on my wish list

i am sure i can get the DEMO unit for a DISCOUNT 🙂 intro price!!!

sana nga bee, definitely a stepn the right direction... got both feet dry fitted. will be doing the profiles as soon as electricity becomes available...

started to glue the legs together after rounding over the sides and sanding the faces...


one done and one still clamped...

after lunch we stained the legs...


tried to level the top... but work is still needed. the customer came to check and approved... 😉

is that the first coat of stain or is it after glazing?

that is the first coat of stain, it gets the same work as the top... it will get sealed then glazed... then finished... hopefully that simple :p
