hahaha, yes Louis, I have already invited Moji to test the mujifang and to help when he is available, Jay will come over one of these days to supervise :p. hehehehe. as for anyone I know here is welcome to come over and watch or better yet help...;)

yan ang tinatawag na bayanihan! hehehe

with the final thickness of 1 1/2 or 1 1/4", i can only join those boards butted against each other...and lots of pipe clamps.

too heavy even on a molder for t&g.

a reliable glue is a must.

i hope titebond would be available locally.

for now lets be contented with what is available..i.e. elmers carpenters glue.

hmm i use pioneer. Mainly due to convenience. LArge squeeze bottle. seems ok... Elmer's is too runny for me. And stickwell is well... too sticky.. 🙂

Butt jointing seems ok as long as wood does shrink or swell.. sealing a must

acclimatizing the wood till Tuesday, that should give me time to comple my other builds and jigs that I will use... I might look to use dowels for jointing this just to provide extra support...

nasa badminton court yun sa Paco, doc. pasyal ka pag may time ka...
