and here's for a quickie finish...

i apply non-grain raising stain, because it dries fast, good for a quickie projects...

NGR stain dries in seconds. unlike oil-based stain, you'll have to wait for hours to dry.

warning po sa NGR stain, these are fast drying stain, and they are suitable for use only on

hardwoods. if used on softwoods, or plywood, it will produced non-uniform results.

and for a quickie sealing, i apply lacquer sanding sealer.

good for spray application, kaso brush na ginamit ko, quickie kasi...:D

in a minute or so, i scuffed sanded the finish...

and for the top coat i apply PYE poly on the sides and hudson PU floor varnish at the base para

matibay yung flooring...;)

finished...

On that NGR stain, that can that a lot of stain manufacturers use is probably the worst can in the industry. It is designed to spill half of whatever you pour out and spill onto your floor! I really hate those cans. Product inside it is good, however.
