sorry guys, all i can make these days are simple projects like this stool for our labandera.
made of lauan KD 2 x 8...
height is merely 5 inches and about 13 inches long.
made a 1/2" deep dado using the slide miter saw in several passes.
glued then screwed...unfinished.
will sand lightly then apply poly directly for wet protection..maybe three coats will do..the initial coat will be thin but the 2nd and 3rd coats will be thick all of course by brush...
will screw HDPE liner to the feet as an additiional water protection when the finish dries.

those quick grips are merely for dimension reference and do not in any way make an effective clamps after the 2 1/2" gypsum screws were driven.
i will just chamfer the edges using a small thumbplane perhaps then lightly sand all surfaces with a 220 grit paper.
i could have driven the screws from underneath.
i-upholster ko kaya? para di masakit sa "butt".
wala akong foam eh..pero me leatherette pa akong extra.
lagyan ko nalang kaya ng grooves para me air circulation sa butt area.
pero baka mas sumakit "butt" niya sa grooves.
.....at least me upuan na siya.
