try Dexterton if your near metro manila, they carry a lot of items for making furniture. call them or visit their website and send them an email and just f/up every week for a reply 🙂 ... finding the right parts for a project is really a big problem for people who, like me, are staying in the provinces ...

one way i handle it here in koronadal is to look at other products sold in the market that are cheap with the parts that i can use for my project ... or i just go to a metal fabricating shop and just talk to one of the workers of what i want them to do if it's possible 🙂 he he he ...

for your need, just thinking out loud, using a bearing with both ends mounted on a thin steel plate will already work as a swivel even with a heavy load ... another idea i have if the load is light could be the plastic part in a microwave oven that makes the glass plate inside the oven turn when it's powered on 🙂 he he he ...
