Any local sources or alternatives? Got in touch with one of the suppliers mentioned here, seems they don't stock them anymore but have the Chinese "Showa" reproductions. Want to know if anyone has experience using these for their workbench.
try ant True Value store (similar to ACE of SM). i saw some Irwin clamps a month ago in ATC. maybe they also carry Irwin vises.
iirc, mall hardwares dont carry the Irwin vises...front or tail for that matter...or even the machinist vise...im fortunate enough to have bought the NOS.

The Record/Irwin reproductions made by Showa are good enough though..except for the brighter blue color which i really dont like...

PM sent. Yeah, at most just the Gato / mechanic's vise are on their shelves, but I do have a couple of Irwin quick clamps.
Just got a large Irwin Toolbox from True Value in Robinson Magnolia. They currently sell Irwin Quick clamps and C-clamps at 30% off.
I bought my Irwin clamps from Lazada c/o Hardware Central PH.. I almost gave up on searching these locally until I found them online

Bought 2 pcs of irwin quick grip xp 12inches in a lazada sale this week. Ito pinakasulit na nabili ko na tools. Hataw ang clamping power. When i checked vs amazon price, the local price is around 60% cheaper. Ganda ng quality. Sarap sana magcollect pero medyo naiinis na si kumander.
