mga brothers, ano ba magandang brand ng vise gamitin for woodworking? or clamps ba ang more advisable gamitin sa woodworking? gagawa kasi ang ng simpleng work bench at plano ko lagyan ng vise para may magri-grip sa piece na puputulin ko using either hand saw or jigsaw. lately gumawa ako ng dining table, nung nagputol ako ng legs using jigsaw, magalaw yung kahoy kahit apakan ko pero natapos naman. pa-post naman ng pics ng vise/clamp na gamit nyo for woodworking, at kung saan nyo nabili
ngayon ang project ko is a small, sturdy cupboard. gagamit ako ng 2x2 for the legs and frame.
also, may nabibili bang dowel pins sa local hardwares natin? either plastic, wood or metal. gagamitin ko siya for shelves sa hanging cabinet. may nabibili ba nun or better gumawa na lang ako using 9 mm steel rod?
TIA :thanks:

Got my front and tail vises from Panda. Jay (as recommended above) would be an excellent source, too.

Re: vise and dowel pins
Hi Dogman,
for dowel pins there's someone selling in Sulit.
Just search for Modular Wooden Dowell, mali lang spelling niya ng dowel 🙂
