RULE CHANGE:
it seems people tend to shy away from the contest due to the material size, so I decided that a combination of wood sizes that will result to 1 x 6 x 24 inches would be allowed.
example: 2pcs of 1 x 3 x 24 will be allowed or 3pcs. of 1 x 2 x 24 will be accepted. these combinations are allowed but not in shorter strips. it has to be 24" lengths.

teka?? let me get this straight, so the final "object" will end up sa dimension of 24'?? so its basically 2ft length object?? or can we also cut the 24' wood to something shorter? like say 6pcs of 1" x 2" x 12"???

the final object can be of any length, but the starting size should be 24" long. this is what needs to be pictured with a timeline like a newspaper or anything that is dated and can be pictured as current.

yap 15 days nalang,but i hav'nt started anything yet.and to think why parang konti palang sumasali.join na kayo guys there.remember,it's not winning tyhe contest,it's for the sake of fun and creating a bond & friendship with all the members of PHM.it's like creating a community.malay nyo sa susunod na contest big prizes na.baka si golden ng bosch na ang iraffle,hehehe,joke.

Hi Kevin, first, let me welcome you to pinoyhandyman, we hope you enjoy your stay here and share with the fun and conversations.
regarding the contest, I have made the rules for the regulars first to encourage everyone to start making projects for themselves and their family. this is just a beginning and I see more contest for everyone.
I would love to let you join, but rules are rules. join us in several by making your Works In Progress (WIPs) for now. I promise a bigger contest very soon for you and others to join in.
