Just wondering if you use step-down transformer for Bosch or rewire to 220V?
Please share your experience (how>) who did rewiring

Almost all of us used Step-Down Transformer. Never pa ako nakarinig na nag rewire.

Same here.

To make sure I don't make the mistake of plugging into 220V, I have a step-down xformer dedicated to the TS. It is permanently inside the rolling stand I made for the TS where the TS is permanently plugged into it.

para iwas disgrasya kung isa lang ang transformer, putulin mo ang plug ng mga 110v tools mo at palitan ng twistlock plug
palitan rin ang outlet ng transformer.

iwan ko lang kung magkakamali ka pa nyan.

wala akong nakita sa ace or handyman ng ganito, usually kasi pang home used lang tinda nila. try mo sa electrical supplier sa uyanguren.

In my case I don't have a dedicated transformer, but I have an extension cord dedicated to the transformer. 🙂

The extension cord's outlet I spray-painted red. The plugs of all my 100V/110V tools are also spray-painted red.

brader, where exactly you bought your NEMA L6 plug and outlet including the plates?
Been wanting to replace my plug to some 110V tools of mine eh.

I do not own one... I was just suggesting 🙂
kasi sayang ng mga branded tools kung magkakamali lang ng plug sa 220 (ouch)... But I suggest try RS philippines... they have almost evrything you need from electrical to electronics and other stuff.

Hehehe nick ako ang tinatanong ni doc V. di ko alam kung visible sa iyo yong previous post ko.:D

@ doc V.. marami iyan sa mga electrical supply & hardware dito sa cebu(belmont, hightech, washington etc.. cebu area) doc. subukan mong mag inquire dyan sa area mo.
