the only thing left is to give it a try. I found a 2 x 4 scrap and part of which is rough. perfect test piece.

I wanted to try it in a way people can relate to its progress. so I timed the sanding to exactly one minute only, with the ROS speed in the no. 2 setting or second to the slowest speed.

not yet the desired finish, but dang. one minute? this is a good result as it is. so I timed it again until I got the finish I wanted. didn't take long, just another 50 seconds and it is there.

150 grit pa yan...

I was so happy I even tried it on half scrap plywood piece.

the dust that came from these... none on the table.

Warning: never use the abranet sanding disc without the protector pad. you will melt the Velcro hooks and render the ROS disc useless.

how much inabot ng unit? im planning to buy one para sa bed project that il start doing pag alis ni missis for vacation. para di ako mainip na nag iisa, might as well ubusin ko na lang time ko sa carpentry, 3 weeks din yun. dapat pag dating nya im done with our king size bed. i already have my wood ready, naka s4s na din.planner lang.

sarap naman, who do you have to call to get that kind of service?? baka pwede instead of drill bit free na lang exptra protector thing para i can also buy that abrasive net, kaso that one is still expensive., nasa 20 pesos per piece pa din di ba? wht i got is the MIrca ordinary round papers, parang 3pesos plus each

there are several shops that carry this other than you specified... dun sa Cavite and Olongapo brader meron... 😀
Wilcon should have this onhand. try to get the protector pad if you can still get the abranet from Hafele since they are very cheap at 20pesos each...

Unfortunately limited sa Wilcon, they only have maxsell with a maximum grit of 120.

I inquired whether they had 6" sanding pads for my ros. They said that they only had 5" sanding pads. Check it out.

Surprised nobody mentioned Hans. Last I checked, they stocked the Bosch disks (40 60 80 100 120 180 240 320 400) as well as another brand.

I assume that being Bosch parts, you could order and pick them up from any Bosch dealer even though not normally stocked, like the multiple ones in Cubao.
