Guys,
What it means when state in the manual "Router bit capacity 1-5/8 dia. max." ibig bang sabihin kaya nya gang 1" bits?
Collect capacity kasi kalagay ay 1/4 shank. Is this my router can only take a 1/4 bit?

They are referring to the total diameter of the bit. the cutting end.

I agree. This router is only 900 watts. for bigger diameter bits you'll need a router with more oomph.

Can I use 1/2 bits pag ganito kalagay Collet bore of the collet chuck 8 mm
