Re: Chisels

Sheffield England Blades? for P640 it's a best buy! How many chisel/set? Sizes?

Irwin Marples Chisel cost P290 each for 1/4" to 1" sizes. I got mine at Panda.

That's a Good Buy! Thanks for posting.

Re: Chisels

Footwork rewarded you crazyboi!

that is also where i purchased my set of chisels in 2007..good old Record chisels!

Uy Tit reels and looks like a dungeon but 100% you can still find treasure only if you ask and insists to the only pinoy guy who knows the innards of the store...where abacus are lying around desks...and perhaps worth an arm and a leg.

:diver:

btw: tip...i dipped those chisels in a gallon of polyurethane deep to the neck..this prevents corrosion..

i handle my chisels like a baby..hehe

Re: Chisels

@crazyboi,

sharpening stone? well take a walk on the opposite side and ask inside Mayon for their 1000 grit makita sharpening stone...thats the one i am using before the final edge sharpening via 2000 grit sandpaper over a piece of glass.

dont trust your Carborundum brand for this job fake or not.
