Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
Tempted to give my two cents if I could more clearly see the diagrams (partially obscured), the wires, where the power cables are going, etc. but this is risky (both to give and take).
Better to ask the seller so they bear all the risk?
In first place, why is there any wiring to be done? Is there a choice between 110 and 220 V?
from Ben's text, yes Guad, it has a 110 - 220 volt option.
Ben, get a picture of the wiring diagram in full view, the lower part is obscure kasi. best ask for the supplier's support like Guad said para no risk ka. but it seems simple enough.
nice to know that the trunnion is cast iron... from your posted model, it looks like an older model craftsman knock-off. nice find bro. that should bring your passion back... 😉
P:S: the remaining wires in question seems to be for 110V use. maybe best covered lang and not used...

Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
bee! nice find! at this early id like to tell you its way beyond comparison sa jet jts10!
since its not a direct drive motor, it should be less noisy compared to our bosch 4100..
nice find really..because it has features seen in cabinet saws..
with a weight of 100kg, i can assure you it will be very stable and needs to be plastered somewhere else in your woodshop...i am afraid with its weight the stand you made before wouldnt last long.
i hope the wiring is ok by now..

Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
btw, does the spindle allow a dado blade? the manual could confirm this.

Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks guys! 🙂 Ryobi's instruction is correct. I had called the seller and when i saw ryobi's posts its exact same
a site mentioned that it can accept a dado blade. It seems that it can.
the motor is 1500 watts 60Hz induction motor.
I am having a hard time aligning the blade to the miter slots. Adjustment via trunnion. Ill have to plop this thing onthe ground standing up on its side so i can access the trunnions and verify alignment at the same time
the arbor is 5/8 and i got a nicholson 40 T 12" blade.
I just dont know about the torque on this thing since the larger the blade the lesser the torque on its end. If that is the case i may succumb to a 10 inch blade later.
Will post progress reports
The extension wings are like 10 Kg each!!!

Whatever stand it gets put on, how about putting it on casters (with wheel and swivel lock of course). Some people do this with their heavy equipment even several hundred pound workbenches and they seem happy.
Never tried this but planning to, though once you cut off the legs to accomodate the casters, it may be hard to go back.
Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
hehehe Doc mabigat talaga yung extension wings!
sorry cam phone lang ang nakuha ko tonite once its all perfectly assembled ill take proper pics
the splitter has anti kick back prawls.. nice touch.
The manual indicates that the fence has a micro adjustment knob. But the actual supplied fence doesnt. nevertheless it fits perfect and squared off the bat. solid once locked (YAYYYYY!!!!!)
running the induction motor without attaching the v-belt. its just so quiet!. Once attached to the v-belt. There is noise... but alot quieter than my jet-jts10
The throat plates, two of em with different clearance size. Are both NOT a perfect fit. BUT!! its made of METAL!!!!! so it doesnt flex on heavy load. have to sand the sides for a perfect fit, i just hammered it with a mallet though hehehehe
the fence rails are 1-1/2" or 2" pipes.. commercial size.. Which means i can slap on LOOOOOOOOOONGER pipes ti increase ripping width.
my workshop has been thoroughly messy
so whats left is the splitter assembly with guard
Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
ohhhh power. it feels like same power as my jet.
its rated at 1500 watts which is similar to my jet. it spins slower. 2850 rpm. This is due to the 12 inch blade that its rated for.
My jet can rip through a 3inch thick narra no problem. so hopefully this new saw should do just as well
MIter guage and slot. very little play. as in! amazing. The miter slot is just a square groove and not a t-slot
Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
left or right tilt bro? very very nice. what is the current cut capacity in regards to the fence? sorry for the questions... inggit ako eh...:D

Re: Got a new table saw!!!!!!!!!!!
its right tilt , would prefer left tilt though 😛
i did not measure the rip capacity 🙂 ill post it tomorrow. But i will be extending the fence. Nasanay ako on the fact that i rip/crosscut full sized plywoods on my jet/jimmy jig
oh and did i say that the table is really FLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT
