This is what I like about the vertical handle. You can use it for either left or right hand operation

There's a hole in the trigger for locking the saw

The knob for adjusting the laser left or right. Laser isn't accurate. It diverges as you go farther away from the fence.

The laser on/off switch

The top handle was damaged out of the box. Probably during trasport.

Final shot, showing its permanent mobile home.

Miter saw mobile base is based on the design featured in ShopNotes Issue #31. Modified according to my needs.

I call it The Hulk, actually. I wouldn't call it a monster, because you're the one who owns MONSTER TOOLS!

Hehehe...actually I was referring to my Hitachi power tools being dwarfed by your SCMS. What I do have are "Old Japanese" equipments that are simply Green minded.:D:rolleyes:;)

Wheew!Very quite machine despite the size, medyo mabigat 30+kgs inc hte bulky box ..malaki pa sa box ng ryobi slide..I have this one sold last week the H1 with defective laser..Best of its class indeed!
