Fence has a 2x4 inside. Its just for anchor material as i screw from the bottom

It has a small 3/4 protrusion of surface top. I can finally slap i a tenon jig, sacrificial fence and what not.

Ripping in this thing is now a real joy. Now i just need to make a crosscut sled. I can make a thin strip jig since the miter slot is still accessible. And Macduff has made a circle cutting jig with this setup

i will make a new thread in the appropriate section with better pics, using a proper cam.

I'll just photo the sections of the build since its pretty self explanatory

Ripping is now a joy and goes with great ease and squared on cuts.

I will be buying laminate later. One thinks that i shouldve bought a 1/2" mdf already laminated... talk about lack of foresight!
