IIRC Violaine went into this exercise before. Jet JTS-10 then a Makita MLT-100 then finally settled with a Bosch 4100.

IIRC, Violaine still has the MLT100, he might be willing to sell it... but Bosch is truly a class better than the MLT bee. Why not ry to schedule when you can pass by Paco, I can probably set up the Bosch for you to try your hands on... not your hand hopefully 🙂 pun not intended...

If i do sell it you will have a few jigs that comes with it hehehe. cross cut sled, taper cutting jig, feather board, and i am making a thin strip jig today. Also hopefully a saddle over the rip fence.

Panda has no stock? I may have had their last stock i got my ts only two months ago. I doubt alot of people buy it.

Oh and Rolly you could inquire with their jet jts 315s table saw, they still had stock when i got my ts. its around 15K it may be a few notches better than the jts 10

like i said before in tipidpc thread, it seemed that the WMV tool group in europe who distributes their low class jet table saws have their jts 10 manufactured by the same guys who made the mlt100...same flimsy fence among others...i dont know why makita ventured into this scheme...

yes the mlt100t has a nice miter gauge with hold down clamps but the sliding tablewhere it sits has plastic runners which eventually will wear down for sure 100%!

dont experiment on these two saws...they are only for beginners..just like learning a guitar, you dont buy the Gibson right away.

settle for the best only and in its class, i salute the bosch 4100!!!har! har! har!

timber, fyi, i already sold the mlt100 for 35K...a looooong time ago!!!!

hmmm i am sure bosch should be willing to bring in some of their table saws if at least 10 of us were to sort of guarantee purchase.

Some skil table saws look decent, Bosch could bring in some too...

Count me in for one unit. 9 more to go!!! (hahaha.. that is if papayag sila) been holding out on buying one since the start of the year , or since na post yung tool demo natin for next week.

i was so sure na of buying the MLT100 but read some reviews, mga 50% negative and 50% good. just dont want to be on the wrong side of the fence if i do buy a TS:rolleyes:
