After almost a month inside the box my Leigh D4R pro finally saw the light of the day.
After reading the the assembly instructions I begin started to put parts together.
Assembly is very simple, done in few minutes.
The complete assembly
I performed initial test on a scrap board before using it to build the crib drawer. It took me few 2 tries before getting a good fit through dovetail joint. My first mistake was I forgot to change the bit after routing the tail.
Transferring the adjustable template spacing from one side to another gives me some challenge, some more practice and I be able to get a perfect dovetail joint. For the mean time I’ll use caliper to transfer the finger distances from one side to the other.
Ill post my reviews after using this jig to my future WIP's
