Re: my ORANGE drill press

With all the tools you've purchased in the past two months, looks like the woodworking bug has bitten you real good!!!

Re: my ORANGE drill press

from the looks of it, seems the same from what we got, except for the color lang... mine is set at the lowest speed almost always, hardly do I change it.
first ting to do is make sure the table is square to the chuck, then build a dp table (like Jay suggested.)

Funny I never checked mine but is the table adjustable to square to chuck?

sayang sir? but hows the performance ba? have you encountered any problems with it?

planning to use it on small projects lang. mostly i'd be drilling MDF, particle board, wood, aluminum and small metal things. nothing really like a block of solid steel. you think this size will do?

sorry sa thread starter kung nadederail.

Re: my ORANGE drill press

Just to give you more ideas the Milton bench top drill press cost around 6.5K.

Re: my ORANGE drill press

Mudhut

I think rolly's press is good enough for your intended use. But when i saw the price it was 4K something and my drill press, which is basically the older brother of Rolly's is 6.5K (same price as Jayl's and Timber's press) since konti lang different might as well mag overcapacity 🙂

however I bought the dai-ichi because its orange... i just really llike orange hahaha. If i weere you id get the Milton drill press. It seems Timber and JayL have very high recomendations for it.
