I posted that link because of the close-up picture in the ad showing the plys. I actually talked to another supplier:
I sent them a text asking for the location of the boards. They called me back right away, asking what company I represent. I told them I'm a homeowner DIYer needing only a couple of sheets. They didn't shoo me away so I guess that means they sell retail.
Their ad says "great discounts on bulk orders"... another good indication.
Store location is along Quezon Avenue near Banawe.
