Magandang araw sa inyo lahat

Tapos na yung masonry ng pinapagawa kong bahay, woodworks naman. my plan is to make some 3/8 plywood cabinets and buy the rest, after computing the cost mas makakatipid kung ako nalang gagawa. yung labor cost idadagdag ko nalang sa mas magandang raw material and after the project ibebenta ko nalang yung mga tools.

eto yung list ng mga gagawain:

Kitchen Cabinet
Dinning Table and Chair
Living Room Furniture
Stair and Handrails
Ceiling with Crown Molding
Wall Molding (not sure sa tamang terminology)
3 Bed Frames
Side Tables
3 Bedroom Cabinet
2 Door Jambs
2 Doors

Before making this decision it got my self a router first(this might be my weakest point) to see if i can use it properly and it turns out that great.

Result of testing:

So far this is what i have:

2 x Corner Clamp
4 x 18 inches Clamp
2 x Clip Clamp
16oz Hammer
Tape Meter
Caliper
Punch Tool 2mm, 3mm, Center Punch
Metal Square
Level
Chisel
Electric Drill
Battery Type Drill
Jigsaw
Router with 12 Router Bit
Table Saw
Miter Saw
Sander
35mm Hinge Drill Bit

Forgive my terminology at hindi ko matandaan yung mga tawag sa tools 🙂

What else do i need to make woodworking easier and accurate?

Salamat

Re: What tools do i need?

Parang covered mo na lahat. But you might also need an air compressor and a spray gun, depending on what kind of finish you want to use.

And you'll need to buy more clamps. How many more? Ewan, but you can never have too many clamps. 😀

Also consider getting pipe clamps. 18 inches will be too small for some jobs.

Sir, hihiram nalang ako ng kumapare ko na nagpipintura ng sasakyan. saan nakakabibili yang pipe clamp? mga magkano isa noon?

Thanks

Re: What tools do i need?

Pipe clamps around 800-850, without the pipes. Available at Panda construction.

Dumb mistakes will always be dumb mistakes, unless . . . . you learn from it, and then it will be learning experience.

[COLOR="Red"]Mas matibay ba yung jointer kesa sa mortise and tenon joint?

Saan makakabit ng router plate?

Re: What tools do i need?

don't bother with a thin kerfblade kung plywood lang at jamba lang, imho. just use a tct blade and tape the kerf sa ply. kung melamine yan, i think you need a special blade

ano ts mo? often a lesser powered ts would benefit a lot with a thin kerf blade and it would also save you materials... I actually do recommend them...

@ timber
even the cheapo jts 10 ate up sheet goods and 2x4 with no hesitation. that's only 1500 watts.
the 116 kerf on it also kept friction and binding down.
unless ofc narra pala yung kahoy and in that case the wood's so precious 🙂

brader, regular blades have a 1/8" kerf. a 1/16" is a thin kerf blade.
