Bosch. Try the stores near the corner of Soler and T Alonzo in Binondo. That's where i bought mine last month.

FOr a budget of Php 15000... (which is too much for a sander) might as well buy branded unit like bosch or makita... you can also try searching at OLX.ph...

I think he means you can buy 3 or more pieces of sander if you have P15,000.

Split the money and buy other tools in addition to the sander.
