Anyone found a source yet? I need 5-inch velcro-backed sanding discs for my Bosch sander.

These 5" discs are available in most Bosch dealers but you have to order special grits for automotive applications. Golden or other SIA dealers carry them in Grit 80 - 400 for wood. Beyond 400 - 1500 are special types for Automotive use and are more expensive. Prices start at 14.00 per piece but they sell only per box of 100's so it will set you back by 1,400 right away. Maybe a group buy or a mixed grit purchase will work for you.

Maybe some SIA samples first to try before buying the 100 pcs box/grit.

I purchased this variety kit to try but have not received it yet. IIRC Moji recommended these to me.
