Bee modify your Drill press same principle as Oscillating spindle sander or better yet get this one for a bench top model.

Mu nexty problem is, Where do i get the sanding drums? Meron ba Hans Tools?

Made my own turn some stock and wrap it with sand paper sorry don't have the picture nasa province

but i think i can come up with some round stock using holesaws!!

how were you able to attach the sand paper to the cylindrical block? would normal glue be enough?

made a kerf to act as a clamp then double stick tape to make sure it wont come up. Its like champola wafer. Hope this help

This is my setup. Currently it's geared for wood but might make some modifications for it to handle metal fine sanding too.

If I'm not mistaken I got the sanding kit at woodcraft.com
