you say it, careful measuring does the job, the plunge router does the job right for me, but the

bandsaw is the real tool for this kind of job.

timber is right, many approach can be done, thinking of using a spoke shave , but i don't have

one. about the router, he he he takot ako, baka magkamali.as long as doing the job safe and

right.

dont know how to steam bend a wood, have no idea on that matter , been thinking of using a

jigsaw,pero sa imagination ko palang mukhang impossible na...:p

ahhahah next thing you know, si Timber my 24" bandsaw na! I wanted my bandsaw for mainly curves, the 6 inch resaw capacity is icing on the cake nalang

i wouldve spent 50 k on one... kaso nung pina 80,000 km service check ko yung pick up... the bill was 20,500 "(--_--)"

Its still a splendid idea.

Advance skill level na to incorporate so many engineering methods to do that...
Imagine a small steam boiler too!! Just to bend the wood.. 🙂
